A detailed systems-based review is provided for cardiovascular, respiratory, renal, neurological, endocrine, and musculoskeletal systems. Each unit includes disease pathophysiology, nursing assessments, diagnostic findings, and evidence-based interventions.

In Pharmacology, candidates master drug classifications, dosage calculations, safe administration practices, and common side effects. Case studies and NCLEX-style drug questions prepare students for real exam challenges.

The Pediatric Nursing module covers child growth milestones, immunizations, and care of children with acute and chronic illnesses. Maternity Nursing focuses on prenatal, intranatal, and postnatal care, along with obstetric complications.

Psychiatric Nursing highlights therapeutic communication, mental health disorders, stress management, and crisis interventions. Students learn to handle sensitive clinical cases with compassion and professionalism.

This section prepares candidates for questions related to nursing leadership, delegation, prioritization, and time management. Students learn how to make safe and effective clinical decisions while coordinating with healthcare teams.

Ethical and legal responsibilities, scope of practice, patient rights, and professional accountability are emphasized. These topics are crucial for success on the NCLEX and for safe nursing practice globally.

Full-length mock exams and practice questions are included to simulate the real NCLEX testing environment. This helps candidates build confidence, manage exam stress, and identify areas of improvement.

Students also learn proven test-taking strategies such as elimination methods, handling tricky SATA questions, managing time effectively, and applying clinical reasoning under pressure.

Candidates who have successfully completed an accredited nursing program such as B.Sc Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc Nursing, GNM, or equivalent are eligible to apply for the NCLEX exam.

In addition, eligibility must be verified by the state nursing regulatory body (Board of Nursing) in the country or state where the applicant intends to practice. Only after approval can a candidate register and schedule their exam.

The NCLEX is a Computer Adaptive Test (CAT), which means the number of questions varies depending on the candidate’s performance. The test includes a minimum of 75 and a maximum of 145 questions.

Candidates are given up to 5 hours to complete the exam, which includes breaks and optional tutorials. The test ends when the system determines with 95% confidence whether the candidate has passed or failed.

The NCLEX does not use a traditional scoring system. Instead, it evaluates whether a candidate’s performance is consistently above or below the passing standard set by the NCSBN.

The exam adapts in real time: if you answer correctly, the next question becomes more challenging; if incorrect, it becomes easier. The test continues until there is enough data to make a pass/fail decision.

If a candidate does not pass the NCLEX on the first attempt, they can retake it after a 45-day waiting period. The number of retakes allowed may vary depending on the state or regulatory body.

Some jurisdictions allow up to eight retakes per year, while others may limit attempts. It is important to check the guidelines of the state board of nursing where you are applying.
